On Sunday, November 3, the fifth International Sparkling Festival will be held at the Electoral Palace Mainz. With 80 wineries from twelve countries presenting over 210 premium sparkling wines, it is one of the most important fairs for this segment worldwide. Only sparkling wines made using the traditional method, the Méthode Ancestrale, or Pet Nats will be showcased. The program, exhibitor directory, and tickets are available at sparklingfestival.de.
Following this, on November 4, the third International Sparkling Wine Symposium will be held. In various workshops, seminars, and discussion panels, sparkling wine producers, experts, and market insiders will discuss current industry topics. This is the only conference in Germany that focuses exclusively on sparkling wines.
