The Palatinate wine fair "Wein am Dom" in Speyer will be hosted exclusively online in 2021. The organisers Pfalzwein e.V. and the Rhineland-Palatinate Chamber of Agriculture have put together a digitally broadcast evening programme for the evenings from 9 to 11 April. In addition to the Palatinate Wine Queen and the wine princesses, Lord Mayor Stefanie Seiler, Palatinate podcaster Florian Werner and RPR1 presenter Kunze will present live from the Historic Council Hall. They will present Palatinate wines on twelve different topics. Viewers can also taste them at home: From 15 March, the matching wine packages can be ordered online.
Peer F. Holm, President of the Sommelier Union e.V., Sebastian Bordthäuser from Cologne, sommelier Antonios Askitis from Düsseldorf as well as wine shop owner Stephanie Döring will be on the show as guests. Vinum editor-in-chief Harald Scholl from Munich will also be there. Between the tastings, Palatinate comedian Tim Poschmann from the Boulevard Theater Deidesheim will present the most beautiful places in the Palatinate in a humorous way in entertaining videos.
