The association "Die Güter" (The Estates) is once again offering job starters and professionals from the wine industry the opportunity to spend a week getting to know the work of a top winery. The project is sponsored by the eight family-run wineries Nelles, Georg Breuer, Kühling-Gillot, Prinz Salm, Dr Bürklin-Wolf, Maximin Grünhaus, Graf Neipperg and Freiherr von Gleichenstein. They give trainees and young professionals from the upscale gastronomy, hotel industry or specialised trade the chance to observe all areas of the business and thus learn more about production and marketing. In the process, they can taste current and matured top vintages. The internships will take place from 19 to 23 February 2024. Those who would like to apply should have a valid driving licence, be open-minded and be able to work hard.

After completion, a joint evening will be organised at Schlumberger Vertriebsgesellschaft in Meckenheim, the distribution partner of "Die Güter". Here, the participants will get a deeper insight into the work of the sales department. "We are very pleased to be the host for the final evening this year and are looking forward to getting to know the participants of the ambassador project," says Rudolf Knickenberg, Managing Director of the Schlumberger Group. Schlumberger is accepting applications until 30 November 2023, for more information visit www.diegueter.de.
