The French wine fairs Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris and Vinexpo Bordeaux are again postponed due to the development of the Corona pandemic. This was announced by the trade fair company Vinexposium Group. According to the announcement, Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris, which was initially scheduled to take place in February 2012, will open from Monday, 14 to Wednesday, 16 June 2021. Vinexpo Bordeaux, which otherwise takes place during this period, has been cancelled by the organizer. It is not to take place again until June 2022. It is the first time in 40 years that the Bordeaux fair cannot open, but Wine Paris and Vinexpo Paris have priority, said Rodolphe Lameyse, Managing Director of the Vinexposium Group. The Vinexpo fairs in New York and Hong Kong will also not reopen until 2022.
