According to the American market research institute Global View Research, worldwide wine sales will grow from around 435 billion to almost 686 billion US dollars in the next seven years. The company forecasts an average annual growth rate of 6.4 percent. Consumer behaviour has changed abruptly as a result of the Corona pandemic, the acceptance of wine will increase in all age groups. Wine is already an integral part of the European way of life, but is gaining popularity in other parts of the world, including Asian countries. This is the key factor for the increasing growth, according to the Californian market researchers.
