At the traditional auctions of the VDP associations of Mosel-Saar-Ruwer and Nahe, the previous year's results were clearly exceeded. Stars on the Mosel were two double magnum bottles of 2021 Scharzhofberger Auslese Goldkapsel from Egon Müller-Scharzhof, which changed hands for 16,700 euros each. The starting price was 2,800 euros each. In total, 2.735 million euros were raised.

The auction of the VDP Nahe in Bad Kreuznach even brought a record result of almost 2.5 million euros. Here, the highest bid of 8,900 euros went to a magnum bottle of 2021 Schubertslay Riesling Kabinett Alte Reben from the winery Keller ***** from Rheinhessen. This auction was also followed by more than 1,800 international guests via livestream, among others from New York, London, Singapore and Mexico.
