According to the fair organiser Veronafiere, Vinitaly is completely booked up. Italy's most important wine fair will be held regularly for the first time in two years from 10 to 13 April. More than 4,000 exhibitors will be present at Vinitaly. For this, the stand area has been tripled to over 300,000 square metres compared to Vinitaly 2019 to ensure sufficient spacing. Buyers from 60 countries are expected in Verona.
Strict hygiene rules apply at the fair. While the "Super Green Pass" valid in Italy is required for Italian visitors, foreign guests without a vaccination certificate may also enter the fair with a negative test result. FFP2 masks are compulsory throughout the fairgrounds and a test centre for rapid antigen tests will be set up. Tickets can only be purchased online in digital form.
