Levin McKenzie is the Rheinhessen Wine King 2024/25. Thus, the highest majesty office of Rheinhessen goes for the first time to a male candidate. McKenzie is 25 years old, comes from Wackernheim, and studies business administration in Mainz. Together with his wine princesses Laura Schlösser from Ingelheim (right in the picture) and Katja Klemmer from Westhofen (left in the picture), he now represents the largest German wine-growing region as a wine ambassador for one year.

The candidates had to introduce themselves to around 300 guests, present their self-made "We Are Rheinhessen" videos, and prove their expertise in a wine tasting. In the final round, they had to expose fake news in quirky video messages from Rheinhessen, guess the professions of protagonists from the wine industry in the "What Am I?" quiz, and solve wine picture puzzles. In doing so, the new wine majesties demonstrated their competence, quick-wittedness, and humor.
