Saskia Andrea Prüm has taken over the management of the renowned Moselle wine estate S.A. Prüm from her father Raimund. The transfer to the top of the winery took place on July 1, 2017, and she is now the first woman in the family in the long history of the winery to take over responsibility for the business.
Since 2005, the viticultural engineer has organised the sales of S.A. Prüm in Europe, Asia and Russia and has worked in vineyard administration and management.
Raimund Prüm had taken over the winery in 1971. In the 46 years of his work he has expanded the vineyard area from 3.5 to 30 hectares. The estate cultivates 100 percent Riesling.
