With the "World of Zero", ProWein 2023 offers exhibitors and visitors a separate area on the subject of alcohol-free wines. Until now, these were distributed throughout the fair at the stands of the respective producers or importers and exporters. Now they will be presented in a focussed manner in Hall 1. Michael Degen, Executive Director of Messe Düsseldorf, explained: "This is the platform for our trade visitors from the gastronomy and retail sectors to obtain comprehensive and, above all, efficient information about this special segment. This makes it easier for exhibitors to gain access to new customers for their new product and, in turn, for visitors to find this new product group more quickly."
Some companies, whose stands are located in other halls, will additionally present themselves in the "World of Zero". Others will be represented there exclusively. There will also be a separate tasting zone as well as lectures and public discussions on the subject of alcohol-free wines. ProWein will take place from 19 to 21 March 2023.
