In Conegliano, the home of Prosecco Superiore, a new centre called "Parco Prosecco" is being built for about 80 million euros. On a total of seven hectares, a gastronomic-technological area is to be opened on a former industrial site, where local culinary specialities will be combined with the world of Prosecco. Restaurants, wine bars, a Prosecco museum and an auditorium with 900 seats for events and seminars are planned. In addition, the park will also open up space for start-up companies from the technology sector. The Veneto region and especially the province of Treviso want to use the project to promote wine tourism and technological innovations. The area in the north-east of Italy is currently one of the most prosperous regions in the country.

The project management has been taken over by the Conegliano-based company Omnivert Design Studio. Work is scheduled to begin in the first half of 2023.
