The "Geisenheim Wine Tourism Conference" will take place for the first time on 3 May 2024. Organised by Prof. Dr Gergely Szolnoki, the conference will highlight trends and the future of wine tourism with a focus on mobility and sustainability. German and international speakers will report on motorhome trips to wine, the establishment and marketing of caravan pitches on wineries, the use of booking platforms as well as sustainability and biodiversity in wine tourism. The conference is also intended to offer players from the wine and tourism industry the opportunity to network further.
