The TreTorri publishing house in Wiesbaden has presented the third volume of the wine standard work "Frenzel's Wine School". Edited by publisher Ralf Frenzel, the 304-page volume 3 focuses on new grape varieties and their aromas, wine forgeries and protection methods for collectors, developments in organic viticulture, the cooper's craft as well as tips on wine storage and maturation. In addition, there are current texts on the new German wine law, on vine breeding and on the classification of great vineyards. The wein.plus author Kristine Bäder and editor Uwe Kauss also worked on this volume.
The book will be available in bookshops from December 2021 for 69.90 euros. Volumes 1 and 2 are also still available there.
