Entrepreneurs Hans Dornseif, Maximilian Pohl and Henk Timmermans have jointly developed a digital "guest traffic light" that quickly verifies proof of vaccinated, recovered and tested persons at the entrance. The tool is intended to be a help for all establishments that rely on safe control of 3G, 2G plus and 2G rules. A sensor is also used to count the proofs in order to be able to control the maximum utilisation of the indoor areas at any time. A scanner checks the validity of the proofs in real time. At the same time, the guest light can carry out an identity check of the guests by also verifying the IDs. Only when all requirements are met does the traffic light turn green.

"Counting and checking the 3G, 2G-plus or 2G credentials means a considerable amount of extra work, which must not be at the expense of the establishments. Our goal was to create a simple product that can be installed quickly and is not expensive. especially now, no one wants to incur additional high expenses," says Hans Dornseif, Gastampel product designer.

The Gastampel access system is available for less than 1,000 euros.
