More than 6,000 exhibitors from more than 60 countries will come to ProWein 2023 in Düsseldorf. This was announced by the trade fair management after the closing date for registrations and emphasised the leading role as the world's largest as well as most important trade fair for wines and spirits. This means that the number of exhibitors in 2023 will be around 13 per cent lower than in 2019 - before the start of the covid pandemic. Compared to 2022, on the other hand, there will be five per cent more.

With Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, three important wine-growing nations from overseas will be represented again with joint stands, which were not present in 2022 due to the Covid 19 restrictions. Producers from Argentina, Chile, China and the USA have also registered, as well as from all European wine-growing countries.

The exhibitor database will go online on the fair's website on 19 October. ProWein 2023 will take place from 19 to 21 March at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre.
