The organic vineyard Château d'Estoublon in Provence has been taken over by the French investor Stéphane Courbit and the well-known Bordeuax family Prats at an unknown price. Courbits has so far invested in companies from the media production, online gaming and luxury hotel sectors. A minority stake is held by the Prat family, until a few years ago owners of Château Cos d'Estournel. Jean-Quentin Prats told the "Decanter" that he had invested to enable his siblings and cousins to work with a renowned company.

Château d'Estoublon was built in the 17th century and currently owns 100 hectares of agricultural land. On 18 hectares of land, organic viticulture is practised with the grape varieties Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Roussane and Marsanne. In addition, there are large olive groves from which premium olive oil is produced. The new technical director is Anaïs Maillet, who previously worked as a winemaker for Château Lafon-Rochet in St-Estèphe. She was previously employed as Senior Winemaker at the LVMH winery Terrazas de los Andes in Mendoza (Argentina).
