The Spanish cava producer Juvé & Camps has received organic certification for its vineyards after a three-year conversion phase. This was announced by the winery. All grapes grown since the 2015 vintage have been organically grown. The recently presented top cava "Reserva de la Familia" 2015 is thus the first cava from organic production, writes Juvé & Camps. The cava to be released in the near future has also been produced in this way. The company from Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (Penedés) now has 271 hectares of certified vineyards.
