The Burda publishing house in Offenburg has sold the licence rights for the gourmet guide Gault & Millau Germany and Italy to the newly founded publishing house "Henris Edition". It is headed by former Burda employee and founder Hans Fink, who worked there among other things as managing director for the food segment and brought the licence for Gault & Millau in-house. Burda will, however, continue to work with Fink as an external consultant. According to a press release, he will "accompany the expansion of activities around the Gault & Millau brand and the digital strategy for the food segment". The restaurant and wine guide for Germany will be launched by the new owner in the first half of 2022.
