On Saturday, 28 and Sunday, 29 August, around 14 wineries in the Saar region between Serrig and Konz-Filzen will open their doors for individual tastings. With this, they want to create an alternative offer for the "SaarRieslingSommer" event, which has been cancelled due to corona restrictions. The wineries include Schloss Saarstein, forester Geltz-Zilliken, von Othegraven, van Volxem and Reichsgraf von Kesselstatt.
However, some wineries can only be visited by appointment, the number of participants is sometimes limited and in some cases participation is subject to a fee. Several wineries also offer food. Opening hours and registration formalities can be found on the website www.saarrieslingsommer.de.
The SaarRieslingSummer 2021 is currently planned for the weekend of 27 to 29 August.
