The Österreich Wein Marketing GmbH (ÖWM) has launched the largest wine tourism campaign in its history under the title "Auf zum Wein". The website aufzumwein.at is to present the most comprehensive wine tourism offer of the country. In this way ÖWM wants to attract Austrian holidaymakers to the wine-growing regions who cannot or do not want to go abroad due to the Corona pandemic.

The website presents around 1,800 wineries with their tourist offers (such as dates, accommodation and farm sales) as well as dedicated wine events and experiences from all wine-growing regions. These can be entered by the organisers themselves.

In order to make the tourist offers of the winegrowers in Austria known, ÖWM communicates its campaign with a broad distribution via online media, print media, posters, radio and TV. In Switzerland and Germany, ÖWM also advertises with a large online initiative. According to ÖWM, "Auf zum Wein" will generate a total of almost 60 million visual contacts.
