The Institute of Masters of Wine in London has appointed four new members. They are Cassidy Dart from Great Britain, the wine manager at the champagne house Pol Roger, and Simon Milroy from the British wholesaler Domaine Direct. The third new MW, Martin Reyes, is American and the first with Mexican roots. After a career as a trader and importer, he now works as a winemaker at the Californian winery Peter Paul Wines. The fourth is Caroline Hermann from the USA. She is an import-export programme manager at the US Treasury's Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, responsible for wine, beer and spirits.
