Michael Minnillo, managing director of the well-known Californian three-star French Laundry, has exploded a more than $2,000 15-liter bottle (Nebuchadnezzar) of Billecart Salmon champagne when he tried to open it with a saber in the restaurant kitchen in front of the chefs.
