Sommelier

Since March 2024, sommelier Silvio Nitzsche from Dresden has been inviting renowned colleagues and giving them an audio stage lasting several hours. The conversation focuses on their careers, anecdotes from the gastronomy scene and future projects. Although interesting personalities have their say, such as Justin Leone, Toni Askitis, Bärbel Ring and Christina Fischer, the individual episodes are a little too lengthy. It would be desirable for them to be a little tighter, as the average listener won't stay with them for three to four hours.
