Whether autochthonous, organic, terroir-based - from the Alpine north to the Mediterranean south: it is always worthwhile to get an up-to-date overview of Italy's wine diversity. This can be done easily and efficiently at the big Italy tasting, which will be held on 6, 7 and 8 November in Hamburg (The Fontenay), Berlin (Orangerie Schloss Charlottenburg) and Munich (Isarpost Eventlocation). Starting at 3 pm, representatives of 50 wineries from twelve regions will present their wines. Interested parties can get to know the wineries and wines in a professional setting.
Those who want to delve deeper into the topic of Italy can do so at the free master classes at 2 pm and 4 pm. Wine expert and journalist Sebastian Bordthäuser will present two exciting topics per city using selected wines. The offer is rounded off with a seminar on the topic of "Wine & Art" by archaeologist Guido Petras.
The master classes by Sebastian Bordthäuser and the table presentation from 3.00 to 5.30 p.m. are exclusively open to trade visitors from the retail, gastronomy and press sectors. Participation is free of charge, but online registration in advance at the following link is requested:
From 5.30 p.m. to 8 p.m., private wine lovers can participate and also attend the "Wine & Art" seminar at 6 p.m. Admission for end consumers costs 10 euros per person. The proceeds will be donated to a good cause.
