The Oberursel-based startup company Cooleo has introduced a double-walled, reusable designer wine bottle that is designed to keep wine chilled for a long time and shine on the table with a modern, timeless look. According to Cooleo, the lettering and the winery logo design are individually applied to the inside of the bottle and are thus durable and scratch-resistant. This prevents condensation from collecting on the bottle at the table.
The borosilicate glass bottles can be closed with Vinolok or with a cork, can be filled by machine and when empty are suitable for use as a flower vase, for example. They were developed for Cooleo by Oliver Conrad Design Studio and the design distribution company Our Wonderful World. The Ingelheim winery Wasem (Rheinhessen, Germany) is the first buyer with one filling each of Riesling and Pinot Noir Rosé.
