The VDP wineries Heitlinger*** and Burg Ravensburg*** (Baden-Württemberg) have appointed Richard Grosche as Director of Sales and Brand Development. He will take up the newly created position on February 1, 2026.
Grosche has over 20 years of experience in the German wine industry and most recently worked in the management of the VDP wineries Wegeler**** & Krone Assmannshausen***, Karthäuserhof*** and Reichsrat von Buhl****. His focus areas included brand development, sales, portfolio modernization, and international business.
Winemaker Patrick Jacklin describes Grosche as an important asset for the development of the two Kraichgau businesses both domestically and internationally. Grosche emphasized during his introduction the high quality level, the biodynamic orientation, and the potential of the vineyards as the basis for future brand work.
With Grosche's entry, the two largest biodynamically operating wineries in Germany aim to further expand their quality and internationalization strategy.
