The Association of Traditional Sparkling Wine Producers ("Verband Traditioneller Sektmacher") has welcomed five new members at the beginning of the year: the Palatinate wineries Bassermann-Jordan****, Von Winning****, Metzger, Fleischmann-Krieger, as well as the Rheingau sparkling wine house J’S Johannisberger. They will present themselves, among other things, on April 25 at the fourth "Sparkling Wine Producers' Fair" in the Electoral Palace in Mainz.
At the beginning of the year, Judith Seibel took over the management of the association. She has been working for the Traditional Sparkling Wine Producers since 2022 and brings her experience from sales and customer management. This is intended to further drive the operational and strategic development of the association.
The Association of Traditional Sparkling Wine Producers is the common platform of German sparkling wine producers with the highest quality standards. Its members are committed to origin, transparency, and the profiling of German top sparkling wines. The association members produce it exclusively using the classic bottle fermentation method from grapes harvested in Germany.
