The Millésime Bio in Montpellier, which took place from 30 January to 1 February in Montpellier, France, counted around 10,300 visitors. This represents an increase of 32 per cent compared to 2022. Guests were able to obtain information from 1,500 exhibitors from 19 countries, of which around 225 showed their wines for the first time at this fair. In 2022, 1,450 exhibitors and around 8,000 visitors took part. It had been postponed to the end of February because of Covid.

According to a press release, 3,000 business appointments had already been made before the start of this year's event. Commenting on these figures, chairman Jean Fabre said: "We have exceeded the number of visitors before the Covid pandemic, which confirms both the demand for organic wine and the status of Millésime Bio as the largest organic wine fair in the world." The next fair will take place from 29-31 January 2024.
