The Italian Agency for Foreign Trade (ICE) has announced a collaboration with Tannico, Italy's largest online wine shop. The aim is to open up a new export sales channel for 400 small wineries via its mobile shopping platform wineplatform.it. The companies, which have been shaken by the Corona crisis, are to receive active support. From now on, they can send wines to end consumers in more than 20 countries at discounted conditions. "Foreign markets are recovering, especially in the digital sector, as consumption habits are increasingly shifting towards e-commerce", Carlo Ferro, president of the ICE Agency, explains his agency's decision.
