The sherry bodega González Byass has published a sweet wine of the vintage 1878 under the name "León XIII". The master blender Antonio Flores had found the cask, which only holds 80 litres, some time ago in the archives of the historic cellar. The wine with nine percent alcohol is not a classic sherry, was not sprayed and dates from the time before the phylloxera catastrophe. Of the 98 bottles now filled, 20 remain in the family archive, the rest are sold to Fine Wine dealers in Europe. The price is not yet known
