More and more German wineries are offering sites for mobile homes. This was announced by the German Wine Institute (DWI). In a survey of Germany's wine producers, the DWI has currently identified 38 wineries that offer overnight accommodation for travellers in campers. The list is available for download as a pdf file. However, there are presumably many more wineries with this offer.
From a number of three pitches upwards, the wineries require a building permit in order to become active as pitches rental companies. Minimum requirements from the point of view of motor home fans are usually only a power and water connection.
