Château Latour has launched its 2013 vintage at a price of around 365 euros per bottle (ex-Château). It is the second released vintage of the Pauillac Grand Cru since Latour left the Bordeaux en primeur system about nine years ago.

The 2013 Latour was released at a price that - despite the differences between the merchants - is about the same as the 2012 vintage, which is still available. This makes it the cheapest Latour vintage currently available for ex-Château purchase. 2013 is considered a difficult year. Most tasters consider the wine to be good to drink at present, but it is currently not considered to be able to age for too long. Château Latour has also released the 2015 vintage of its second wine, "Les Forts de Latour". The price is around 160 euros.
