The Spanish sherry bodega Tio Pepe has opened the world's first sherry hotel in Jerez. The boutique hotel next to the bodega in the old town offers 27 rooms in three categories and three suites. In the restaurant you can taste the entire sherry portfolio of the bodega of González Byass, the owners of Tio Pepe. Sherry tastings, company visits and vineyard tours are also offered. It is also possible to book tastings with sherry of old vintages from the bodega's archives.
