Château Puy-Blanquet in Saint-Étienne-de-Lisse (Saint-Emilion) has been sold to the Malet Roquefort family at an unknown price. Classified as a Grand Cru, this vineyard of 15 hectares has been owned by the Jacquet family since 1958 and is run by winemaker Pierre Meunier, who trained with Moueix. The purchasing family owns several Bordeaux estates, including La Gaffelière in Saint-Emilion, which has Premier Grand Cru Classé status.

The Malet Roquefort family owned the château for almost 150 years, starting in the 19th century, when it was one of the best in the region.
