Cavallotto produces uniquely fine and at the same time highly complex and deep Barolos in the traditional style, which can only leave you cold if you have no idea whatsoever about the Nebbiolo grape variety. And even then it gets difficult. The 15 Riserve are among the greatest wines we know from Piedmont.
